QuickCRE — Commercial Real Estate Intelligence

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickCRE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Billing

QuickCRE offers a 48-hour free trial followed by a Pro subscription at $49.99/month, billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful commercial real estate research and business purposes. You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data beyond your plan's export limits; (b) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, spam, or contact property owners in violation of applicable laws; (d) attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.

5. Data & Content

Property data provided by QuickCRE is sourced from publicly available records including county assessor offices, recorder of deeds, and other public data sources. This data is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee that all information is up to date. You should independently verify any data before making business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and proprietary scoring algorithms, is owned by QuickCRE. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKCRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data you uploaded may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
